At Wandering Palette Co., we care deeply about quality and customer satisfaction. Each item is created with intention and care—from original watercolor art to thoughtfully packaged greeting cards and digital downloads. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Physical Products (Greeting Cards, Prints, etc.)
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
• You must contact us at [your email] within 14 days of receiving your order
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Non-returnable items include:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items marked “final sale” or discounted beyond 25%
If your item arrived damaged, please email a photo and order details within 7 days so we can send a replacement or refund.
Digital Downloads (Art for Frame TV, Printable Designs)
All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of instant downloads, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital products.
If you experience trouble accessing your files or there is an issue with your download, please reach out—we’re happy to help resolve the issue.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
